WHAT:
The 11th annual Paralyzed Veterans Golf Open (PVGO) is a unique full-day
charity event benefiting Paralyzed Veterans of America’s Paving Access for Veterans Employment (PAVE) program. Business leaders, military and government officials will play alongside paralyzed veterans, their caregivers and families, all joining together to support the veterans employment program.

The event will also showcase the latest adaptive sports technology that allows
paralyzed individuals to stand up and play golf.

Since its inception in 2007, the PVGO has raised more than $3.8 million and
dedicated 100% of those funds to Paralyzed Veterans of America’s PAVE program, which provides free, vocational counseling and job placement assistance to any veteran, active duty service member, spouse or caregiver across the country. More than 5,000 veterans and military caregivers have been positively impacted through the PAVE program’s personalized training and assistance.

The tournament is hosted each year by Founding Sponsor Agility Defense & Government Services and this year’s PVGO is expected to raise more than $350,000.
