PVA'S ADVOCACY HELPS PASS ELIZABETH DOLE BILL
Thanks to the relentless advocacy of PVA and our dedicated supporters, the Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act has passed both the House and Senate and is now headed to the President for signing into law.
This monumental achievement marks a major step forward in providing our Veterans with the care and benefits they rightfully deserve.

PVA ADDRESSES DOT WHEELCHAIR TRAVELER PROTECTIONS

The Department of Transportation recently unveiled new protections for individuals with disabilities in commercial air travel, ensuring they can fly with the dignity, respect, and safety they deserve.

pva helps redesign houston
sci/d acute care center

PVA is proud to have played a key role in the expansion and renovation of the Houston SCI/D Acute Care Center. Originally built in the 1980s, the renovated 40-bed facility now offers an expanded outpatient clinic, wheelchair repair shop, and increased capacity for 50 Veterans.
The project also included an upgraded heating and cooling system, improving patient comfort and eliminating previous condensation issues.
